The practice offers appointments each day for urgent problems. These appointments are offered within 48 hours if appropriate.

We have a range of other health care professionals working in the surgery who may be better placed to help you. These are:
We can also direct you to a range of local outside services. Such as, the “red eye service” and the “local community minor ailments service”.
Please note we are not commissioned to provide a minor injuries service. The VIN in Northwich or A&E at Leighton hospital provides this in the local area.
Routine Appointments
Routine appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
To make an appointment telephone 01270 446560 and book with the help of a receptionist.
Our reception staff will ask you brief details of your problem. This will help us direct you to the most appropriate clinician or service.
For continuity of care we ask that you make your appointment with your usual doctor or nurse. We understand this might not always be possible.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment.
Make sure you let us know when you have arrived. You can use either the touch screens provided or by speaking to one of our receptionists.
Please note we do not offer a walk-In service and we do not assess acute minor injuries.
For any form of dental care please contact a dentist. We do not see or treat any form of dental or gum problem.
Face to Face, Telephone or Video Appointments
We are able to offer appointments either face to face, on the telephone or if appropriate on a video link.
